STRENGTH TRAINING

Use a variety of equipment and modifications to achieve a lean, strong body.  This class focuses on head to toe balance and strength using stability balls, bender balls, resistance bands, discs, as well as body weight to achieve results.  A fun and effective workout for all bodies is guaranteed.

Waiver

Participants must provide a signed waiver prior to participating in class.  A separate waiver is required for each class format.
